7 week Wednesday evening beginners jewellery class - June 2025

6.30-9pm

This 7-week workshop is designed for complete beginners who want to explore the art of jewellery making. Each session builds on the last, allowing you to develop core skills and finish the course with several handmade pieces and a solid foundation in jewellery techniques.

Workshop Structure:

Week 1: Introduction to ring making

• Overview of basic tools and materials

• Sawing, filing, and texturing practice

• Make a simple copper/brass ring

Week 2: Make a ring in silver

Week 3: Surface Textures & Finishes - Pendant

Week 4: Earrings

Week 5: Bangle

Week 6: Choose stone and start bezel setting

Week 7: Finishing bezel setting and polishing

Your booking fee secures your place – we cannot reserve places without payment. 

If we have to cancel for any reason you will be offered the option to switch to another class or receive a full refund. A minimum of 6 people is needed for the workshop to run.

If you are unable to attend a course for any reasonwe are unable to offer a refund. However, if you give more than seven days notice to cancel and we can fill your space on the course we may be able to offer you an alternative date. 

The minimum age to attend is sixteen. All 16/17 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult.
